I promise this is not becoming a crafts and cooking blog, but while home on a Secret Visit to Boston, I was conned into knitting a hat for my mother’s friend’s new offspring. It was a raspberry, and can be seen here, worn by the lucky baby-recipient (who is doing her best Baby Winston Churchill). Knit up in a couple of hours. And I learned two-handed two-color knitting. Huzzah!
